User-level IP restrictions limit where a specific user can access ncConnect from.<br>​

Add, update, copy, or delete the allowed IP address ranges.

1. Open <b>User Logins</b>.
2. Select the user you want to update.
3. Go to the IP Restrictions area.
4. Add, update, copy, or delete the allowed IP address ranges.
5. Save your changes.

Use user-level restrictions when a specific user needs access from an approved remote location, such as a home office or temporary work location.

User-level IP restrictions are combined with company-level IP restrictions when access is validated.
