Overview

Administrators can manage users, module access, security access, and IP restrictions in ncConnect, depending on their permissions.



Common administrator tasks

  • Add new users (2).

  • Update existing users (1).

  • Copy an existing user to create a similar profile (3).

  • Delete users who no longer need access (4).

  • Control which modules each user can access.

  • Set company-level or user-level IP restrictions.

  • Manage Product Group access when permitted.

Important

Administrative changes can affect what users are able to see and do in ncConnect. Review access carefully before saving changes.
