How to update an existing user

Edit an existing ncConnect user from User Logins.

Before you start

You need access to the User Logins module.

Update a user

  1. Open User Logins.

  2. Select the user you want to update.

  3. Select the update button.

  4. Make the appropriate changes to the user profile, security access, Product Groups, or IP restrictions.

  5. Select Save and Close.

Best practice

Review the user’s module access and product access after making changes to make sure they can only access the areas they need.
