Find files with Waiting Approval status.

Use View PDF to inspect individual records.

Use Bulk PDF when reviewing a group of records.

Approve the file if it is correct, or stop it if it should not continue.

3. Find files with Waiting Approval status.

Approving a production file releases real production work. Confirm the content carefully before approving.
