Overview

Job Processing includes two primary tabs: Sample Files and Production Files.

Sample Files

Sample Files are used as a testing ground for new or revised programming. Clients review samples before the product is promoted into production.

Production Files

Production Files are live files ordered for print, mail, imaging, or PDF-only processing. Depending on the client setup, production files may require review and approval before they continue.

Why it matters

Approving a sample means the programming can move forward. Approving a production file releases actual production work to the print or image queue.
