Overview
ncConnect is Newcourse Communication’s Client Access Portal. It gives authorized users access to client documents, job processing information, product details, reporting, and administrative tools based on their security permissions.
ncConnect is a zero-client system, which means no software needs to be installed on your computer. You only need a supported web browser and valid login credentials.
Supported browsers
ncConnect works in popular modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.
Important: ncConnect does not support Internet Explorer.
What you can do in ncConnect
Search for and view stored documents.
Download individual documents or multiple documents as a ZIP file.
Review sample and production files.
Approve, reject, suppress, or track jobs depending on your access.
Run reports and confirm file/image activity.
Manage users, product groups, and security settings if you are an administrator.
Access depends on permissions
The tabs and modules you see in ncConnect are controlled by your company’s security settings. If you do not see a module you need, contact your company administrator or Account Executive.
