Overview
After signing in, ncConnect opens to the main menu. The tabs across the screen represent the modules your user account can access.
Main screen areas
Company information: Shown near the top left of the screen.
Help menu: Opens guides and support documents.
Module tabs: Areas such as Document View, Job Processing, FTP Information, Products, Product Groups, and User Logins may appear depending on permissions.
If modules are missing
Your administrator controls which tabs are visible to you. If you need access to a missing module, contact your company administrator or Account Executive.
