How to add a new user

Create a new ncConnect user from the User Logins module.

Before you start

You need access to the User Logins module.

Add a user

  1. Open User Logins.

  2. Select the Add icon.

  3. Enter the user’s required information.

  4. Choose the appropriate security access and module permissions.

  5. Add IP restrictions if required by your company.

  6. Select Save and Close.

Next step

Tell the user to use the first-time login process to set their password.
