How to apply Security Access

Save a user’s selected security access options in ncConnect.

Overview

Security Access controls which ncConnect tabs and modules are available to a user.

Apply Security Access

  1. Open User Logins.

  2. Select the user you want to update.

  3. Go to the Security Access section.

  4. Select the tabs or modules the user should have access to.

  5. Select Apply Security to save your choices.

Best practice

Review access after saving to confirm the user has the correct modules for their role.
