Before you start
Open Document View and run a search using your loan number or other criteria.
View a document
Review the search results list.
Select the row for the document you want to open.
The PDF image displays in the right-hand pane.
Download a document
If the document type can be downloaded, ncConnect displays a download option. Select the download option and save the file to your computer.
Troubleshooting
If no results appear, confirm your search criteria and operator. For loan numbers, enter all digits, including leading zeros when applicable.
