Date Loaded: Useful when you know when the document was loaded.
File Name: Useful when tracking documents from a specific file.
Job Ticket: Useful when matching documents to a job.
Product: Useful when reviewing documents for a specific product.
Recommended approach
Start with the most specific field available. Loan Number is usually the fastest and most precise option.
