The Products tab may show SLA Days and Hold Days for certain products.

SLA Days are the number of days Newcourse has to print and mail a product after it is released.

Hold Days are the number of days Newcourse holds files for matching or related processing. For example, escrow products may be held for a set number of days while another matching file is expected.
