Run the File Image Listing report for the file you want to confirm.

Review the Bulk Name, Individual Name, Created Date, Product, and Loan Number details.

Look for matching outgoing file activity.

Use the bulk file name when comparing ZIP activity.

1. Run the File Image Listing report for the file you want to confirm.
2. Review the Bulk Name, Individual Name, Created Date, Product, and Loan Number details.
3. Open the FTP Information module.
4. Look for matching outgoing file activity.
5. Use the bulk file name when comparing ZIP activity.

Even when records are marked individually, the bulk name may identify the ZIP file used for transfer.

Use File Image Listing together with FTP Information to verify returned image files.
