The Date Received filter controls which jobs are shown in Job Processing. It is commonly set to a rolling 30-day range by default, but this may vary by setup.

Review the current Date Received setting.

Change the date range if you need to view older jobs.

1. Open Job Processing. 

2. Review the current Date Received setting. 

3. Change the date range if you need to view older jobs.
4. Refresh the results.

If you cannot find a job you previously approved or reviewed, check the date range first.
