Before you start
Your Account Executive or administrator must create your ncConnect user account before you can set your password.
Set your password for the first time
Select Forgot Password.
Enter your email address.
Select Reset Password.
Open the automated password reset email.
Select the link in the email.
Enter your new password (1).
Re-enter the password to confirm it (2).
Select Change Password (3).
As you type your password, each password requirement turns green after it is met. You can submit the password once all requirements are satisfied and the confirmation password matches.
Single Sign-On
Single Sign-On options may be available. Contact your Account Executive for SSO setup questions.
